I have a smoothie for breakfast and lunch and then for dinner I can eat whatever I want, and since my first two meals of the deal are normally a combined 500 calories or less, it means I can have a great 1000 calorie dinner and still lose weight!
Here is one of my favorites I’m making now, every week I buy enough ingredients to make five of these per week.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Calories per serving: 300
Fat per serving: 9.1g
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (low fat or no fat)
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon flax seed (for EFA)
1/2 cup ice
Drop everything into a smoothie and blend till smooth.
