We know starches are bad for us, but sometimes it’s hard to tell what foods have starch in them. This can lead to us eating the wrong foods and gaining weight when we’re trying to lose weight.
To make things easier, we’ve put together a list of high starch foods and low starch foods in this handy table. You can click on each of the columns to sort results to view the highest and lowest starch foods.
Just for clarification purposes, a lot of people don’t realize that starch is just another word for carbohydrates, so if you see a list of high carb foods, this is the same thing as high starch.
