Ab Exercise Swiss Ball Crunch

6 pack abs workout exercise ball crunch

For this exercise you need an inflatable exercise ball. They can be purchased for $10 or so at your local Walmart, Target, etc.

Begin the exercise by lying flat on the ball balancing your body on the ball withy our body parallel to the ground.

Start with your hands on your eyes or behind your head and raise your torso to a 45 degree angle.

While bringing your body up, clench your abs and keep them clenched until your body is at the 45 degree angle.

Once you reach the 45 degree angle, exhale and slowly lower your body back to the starting position.

Be careful during the exercise to not strain your neck by trying to "crunch" with it. Keep your neck as straight as you can during the exercise.

Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps with a 30 second rest in between each set.

Once you've mastered this move, let's move onto the third ab workout, vertical leg crunch.
