To start, lie on the ground with an exercise mat or on a soft surface with your hands behind your head or touching your eyes.
The first move is to move your right elbow towards your left knee, and at the same time extend your right leg straight.
Repeat the motion with your left elbow and right leg.
While conducting the exercise be careful not to strain your neck and to kick your legs like you're riding a bicycle on your back.
Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps with a 30 second rest in between each set.
